During the trade-in process for your used device, you’ll need to answer questions about your new device. There are some extra steps to participate in trade-in promotions. To participate, you must purchase a qualifying device first and then proceed with the trade-in process of an eligible used device. Promotions are limited-time offers that apply only to select devices purchased online at Microsoft Store.

Once your used device is received, inspected, and approved, Teladvance will issue a cash payment to you within 14 days. Then, print the prepaid shipping label and ship your used device to Teladvance.
